My career thus far has been a dynamic and blessed one. I’ve been lucky enough to have the opportunities to expand my knowledge of all aspects of this industry in the past 25 years that I’ve been active within it.
At age 4 I started playing the piano and by age 10 I was cast in my first musical. From there onwards, with the support of my family and mentors, I performed in 9 operas by age 16 and started embedding myself in the industry while studying piano, voice and keyboards. When I completed high school I made the jump over to theatre and worked my way up to musical director at venues such as Sun International, IMAX and Artscape theatres.
During this time I embraced opportunities to further my ambition and it led me to the place where I have now musically directed and performed all across the world as far as the US, most of Europe and even down under in Australia. My touring career has been an expansive one where working with some of the country and world’s finest artists have allowed me introspection into my own craft and the further development thereof.
In 2014 I was fortunate enough to study at the Berklee College Of Music in Boston, USA. This was a life-changer for me in terms of my own personal growth and I treasure greatly everything I learnt during my time there.
Currently I am now involved in the studio and recording side of music just as much as I am in live performance. I am an international ambassador for Roland keyboards and continue to aspire towards achieving the highest levels of perfection possible.
Music has remained the one constant throughout my entire life and has led me to some of life’s great personal milestones. But there’s so much more to do and so much great musical adventure still to come. Bring on the next 25 years.
